Old time market hunters used a variety of head poses on a decoy to give a lifelike appearance to their rigs. Our Swimming Black Duck evokes that action and stretches its ncek in an aggressive pose. Features include, scratch painted feathers that is achieved by applying a base coat of red paint, covering it with black paint then scratched by a nail before it dries to give a feathery appearance. It is branded with the “WHITE” name and has black glass eyes, lead weight, and a distressed patina. It measures apprx.19″ long x 6″ wide x 5″ high.
